1. Incorrect. Dhrupad is older than the Mughal period; it evolved from earlier temple/prabandha traditions and later received patronage in Rajput courts and also under the Mughals. So saying it originated and developed in Rajput kingdoms during the Mughal period is incorrect.

2. Correct. Dhrupad is known for its austere, serious and spiritual-devotional character, with many compositions in praise of deities and philosophical themes.

3. Correct. The alap in Dhrupad commonly uses mnemonic syllables such as "Nom-Tom", which are traditionally linked to sacred/mantric Sanskrit syllables.
